Question: How do I pick my colors or design my Ball Wipe?
Answer: That is the fun part! You will be directed to a website with the endless color options to create your personalized Ball Wipe. Ordering has never been so easy!
Question: When will my order be ready?
Answer: All items are hand made to order. Single item orders can be made in 24 hours of when payment is received. Orders for tournaments can take up to three weeks depending upon the quantity of the order.
We know you are excited about your order and will do our best to meet your deadline.
Question: What is your return policy?
Answer: Because your item is "custom made", returns are not allowed. Unless we misspell a name we will happily exchange the item
Question: Do you offer special pricing for tournaments?
Answer: Yes, please contact Dawn with the tournament date, and how many players.

Answer: We accept checks and PayPal for payment. Item will ship we receive payment. We can send an PayPal invoice to your e mail address.
